Bathroom remodelling to private dwelling.
Removal of existing sanitaryware and plumbing pipework including cast iron bath, electric shower unit, WC and wash hand basin, panel radiator, hot & cold copper pipework and waste pipework. Removal of ceramic wall tiles and skirting boards, replacement of damaged floorboards and clearing of all debris from site.
Alterations to hot and cold pipework to accommodate new layout and appliances, alterations to heating pipework to accommodate new radiator; installation of new waste pipework including replacement of soil pipe and WC branch.
Making good and re-plastering to walls as necessary; installation of waterproof boarding to floor and porcelain tiling to floor. Ceramic wall tiling including all boxing and trims to corners & angles.
Installation of new low-profile shower tray, glass cubicle and shower mixer valve to replace bath; installation of new close-coupled WC suite and wash hand basin with mixer tap and pedestal. Installation of new radiator, towel rail, mirror cabinet and accessories to complete the refurbishment.
